We are all about the glorious music of the 1930&40, mixed with nowadays life. It’s an experience for young and old, for the listener and for the dancer, for the party animal and for the wallflower. We have the space for all of it in the allure of our 1956 stunning art-deco venue.

Wanna work-out, socialize and have fun? Try Lindy Hop! In 3,5 hours (with breaks) we will teach you the basics of Lindy Hop and some fun moves which will get you dancing in no time.

Join us for a fun and creative workshop on Tissue paper painting!

Unleash your artistic side as we explore the world of Tissue paper painting. Learn techniques, experiment with colours, and create your own masterpiece on paper. This event is perfect for beginners and art enthusiasts alike. Come solo or bring a friend for a wonderful experience; no experience needed!
Materials will be provided, just bring your creativity and get ready to have a blast. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to paint with a twist!

Come to relax, and indulge in your artistic expression, while at the same time, contributing to a better world by spreading a message of peace, love, and unity. Proceeds from this workshop go to Red Cross, in a series of fundraisers organized by Peace with Smiles.

Jazz, the equivalent of authenticity. Discover more of yourself through movement, while emerging in a cultural experience deeply rooted in Afro-American history. We will cover basics like music, groove, steps and body awareness and we will top it up with complex transitions, rhythms and faster tempo’s. We start from the beginning and move through the layers during the day, each class will introduce new layers of challenge. You are welcome to go as far as you want on this journey!

10.30 – 11.30 Lab1: groove, feeling and vocabulary
11.30 – 12.30 Lab2: transitions, fun choreo and expansion of vocabulary
12.30 – 13.30 Lab3: you know you vocabulary and are ready for a challenge with rhythm, music and body awareness
13.30 – 14.00 Lunch Break
14.00 – 15.00 Lab4: let’s kick it up with some fancy steps and faster tempo’s
15.00 – 16.00 Lab5: steps are fun, but can apply them on the go and improvise like a pro? We will use a choreo as the base for our improv and we will play a few games that uplift our improv to a new dimension
